It was a Saturday evening and I was enjoying the cool breeze with my husband at a park. We decided to walk a mile and alas! an argument broke between us for no reasons. I started to walk apart from him with a swollen face and teary eyes. But,believe me,I was envious of so many couple who were holding each other’s arms and sitting on the benches with a smile on their face as if they are the whole world to each other.
The noise of an aeroplane grabbed his attention and he looked up with the ecstasy. He signalled me to walk fast and asked me to look up the sky.The egotistic me didn’t follow his instructions! But when he called me again in his sweet voice I just looked up,and was enthralled to see the multi-colored necklace of nature on the sky.In between I forgot the Tom and Jerry fight and held his arm tightly. I don’t know,for how many minutes I stood like a statue with my neck held high!
It was the earliest glimpse of rainbow I ever had. Later,I decided to capture that beautiful,radiant colors in my mobile phone eternally.Even if a single color goes apart it can’t be called as a rainbow.Sameway if we walk apart in the park,we can’t enjoy the evening walks in the park is what I thought. Thus,nature soothed us,cleansed us and both of us started to walk closer like those seven colors.
